Anita Tsang is the Director of Leadership Development. With her on board, NAAAP-DFW is the only venture across North America that has a HR-focused Leadership Development Program to help Asian Americans become leaders in the corporate world and beyond.

As a Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Anita is active in the community encouraging people to find not only success but fulfillment in their lives. It is her passion to empower Asians, women, and young adults to find their voice, improve their communication and relationships with themselves and others. Anita is a Co-Trainer for the NLP Practitioner Certification series developed by The Foundation of Integrative Research. She runs weekly workshops for Young Adults Career & Leadership (YACL) and Dallas NLP & Personal Development Success Groups.

Anita has a diverse technical and social sciences background. She holds a BSTM (Technical Management) degree from DeVry University, Long Beach and studied Asian American Studies at University of California, Irvine. As a former Project Manager turned Leadership Coach, Anita brings the perfect blend of objectivity and heart, along with vision and implementation. Her approach is to build leaders from within, starting with mindsets, then expand skillsets.

In her spare time, Anita enjoys karaoke, yoga, pondering about the universe, and bridging science and spirituality.
