Jing Liu came to the United States from Shanghai, China in 1990. She graduated from Peking University,Beijing, China with a Master’s Degree. She was a lecturer in Shanghai Fudan University before coming to the United States to join her husband who was a visiting scholar in Northwestern University. Jing earned an Accounting Degree from Northwestern University in 1994. Jing is a Senior Tax Accountant in Raytheon Company. Jing also owns an Income Tax office in Plano, Texas.

Jing lives in Allen, Texas with her husband and two sons. Older son Kevin is a junior in UT Austin. Younger son Jeffrey is a junior in Allen High School. Jing loves classical music, she plays piano and she is a member of an adult Piano Recital Group.
