As General Counsel, Stuart guides NAAAP-DFW's overall legal, compliance, and governance structures to ensure alignment with the NAAAP vision and NAAAP-DFW's operations.
Stuart began his legal career with McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C. in September 2005 as a general litigation and bankruptcy associate. Stuart's practice currently centers around a broad business and transactional base including general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, banking, real estate finance and development and bankruptcy matters. Growing up in a multi-ethnic household with an American father and an Iranian mother, he has lived in five countries on three continents and has a strong interest in promoting cross-cultural awareness and understanding. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading, all things culinary, and learning new languages.
Stuart holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a M.S. in Financial Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
