Thear Sy is a Senior Executive with Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Thear leads the Advanced Systems & Delivery practice in the US, which focuses on complex and large-scale custom systems implementations. Thear’s clients have included Federal Express, VISA, Department of Education, Cardinal Health, Blockbuster, Kaiser Permanente, CareFirst, Affinity Mobile, and First Data. Thear has strong interests in leadership development and people advocacy. She currently leads the Accenture Dallas office Inclusion & Diversity Council, supporting 13 different employee networks, and serves as lead for the Accenture Dallas Cross-Service Line Community. Previously, Thear held leadership positions with Accenture’s NA People Advocacy and Inclusion & Diversity for the Technology Architecture practice. Outside of Accenture, Thear serves on the Advisory Board for Classrooms2Boardrooms and is a member of the Asian American IQ Executive Circle, which brings together C-level and VP-level executives from major corporations to advance Asian American leadership and discuss strategic initiatives impacting Asian Americans.
Thear holds a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. She lives in Dallas with her husband Eric and four sons. Thear has been featured in Working Mothers magazine, representing Accenture as a great place to work for women.
