The second annual NAAAP-DFW LEADS Virtual Conference will be held on October 2, 2021, from 1PM to 4PM CST.

This year's theme is "Designing Your Impactful Life". Each person wants to make an impact in their life, whether big or small, inconsequential, or monumental. During this year’s conference, we aim to enable our attendees to discover ways to make an impact in their personal and professional life. 

Attendees will hear from leaders from various areas, such as mental wellness, employee appreciation, and social justice, to learn about the obstacles they faced while in pursuit of their purpose and discover how we can design our life to make the maximum impact.
