Suebe Herring
Title: Bank of America, Global Human Resources, Life Event Services, Medical Accommodations Consultant and the Co-chapter chair for the Asian Leadership Network (ALN) North Texas Employee Network (ERG/BRG)
Impact: I have been with Bank of America for 20+ years. Some of the most rewarding and impactful things that I have found out about myself, throughout my career, are that I have passion, drive, compassionate heart and ability to help others to build confidence in themselves, make people smile, empower others to exceed beyond where they see themselves, encourage people to exercise their voices to be seen in a positive and professional manner, and to connect people with resources that will help elevate them professionally and personally. My faith, family, friends, colleagues and leaders throughout my life’s journey have helped me along the way. I am very grateful to have crossed paths with some amazing and wise people who have invested in me and imparted these same character traits into my career journey. Volunteering, assisting, giving back to others is one of my love languages.
